Extra comfort

A completely redeveloped villa opened on the 1st of May 2005.
With excellent isolation, this house provides low energy consumption and a high comfort. Both a low K-value of the windows and a high sound isolation reinforces the restfulness during your holiday. Also the solar panels contribute to low energy consumption for the hot water. A sunny day = free showering.
The under floor heating on the ground floor is an extra luxury. Cleaning products are at your disposal.

                      

Location

This superb holiday-house is situated in a quiet and fashionable area in the community of Koksijde Sint-Idesbald near the centre and between the Royal lane (Koninklijke baan) and the sea. The villa is situated 300m from the sea. The dunes are at a 100m distance.

Additional costs

• The cleaning will be done by a cleaning agency and will be charged at once
• Water, gas and electricity will be charged according to the counter
• Garbage bags can be bought in a local store
• An added price of €50 for a Week-end and €100 for a week will be charged for house animals.
• Annulations costs: 4 months before reservation date, you can get out whiteout costs and you can choose another date. However, in case of annulations less than 4 months before reservation date, 50% of the rental will be charged.
• Lost and found objects can be sent back to you: €5 per parcel up to 500 grams and €10 for a bigger parcel.
