Location

This superb holiday-house is situated in a quiet residential area “Dumont” on a 300 m walk from the beach. It is also near the centre of the lively seaside resort De Panne. Its many shops, restaurants and bars are less than a 5 min walk from the house. Cycling and walking can he done at one’s hart.

• E40 direction Veurne
• Exit at the junction no 1De Panne - Adinkerke
• and carry on the N34 [2.9km] via Adinkerke
• Enter into De Panne
• Carry on the Kerkstraat [470m]
• Carrry on the Zeelaan [450m]
• Turn left on the Visserslaan [240m]
• The parking is in the Visserlaan between number 20 and 22
• Dumontlaan 13 - 8660 De Panne

Accessibility with the train/coast tram

• Train direction De Panne
• Get of at Adinkerke (Plopsaland)
• Take the tram direction Ostend (Oostende)

Additional costs

• The cleaning will be done by a cleaning agency and will be charged at once
• Water, gas and electricity will be charged according to the counter
• Garbage bags can be bought in a local store
• An added price of €50 for a Week-end and €100 for a week will be charged for house animals.
• Annulations costs: 4 months before reservation date, you can get out whiteout costs and you can choose another date. However, in case of annulations less than 4 months before reservation date, 50% of the rental will be charged.
• Lost and found objects can be sent back to you: €5 per parcel up to 500 grams and €10 for a bigger parcel.

De Panne is well-known for its wide nature reserves and the widest beach of the Flemish Coast.

Thanks to the late flowering of De Panne, our green seaside resort has always been a cozy and friendly bathing resort. One of the chief attractions of De Panne is just its extraordinary natural richness. Such harmony of sea, beach and dune can be found nowhere so pronounced as in this extreme western corner.
